By making a payment through the SiteSmart platform, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
All subscription plans, unless otherwise specified, are non-refundable once activated. Users are encouraged to utilize free trials or demo versions before making a purchase.
For pay-per-use features or service bookings: - Payments are final once confirmed, unless the service is unavailable or canceled by SiteSmart. - In case of failure to deliver due to technical issues or unavailability, users may raise a refund request within 7 days. - Refund requests will be reviewed and processed on a case- by-case basis.
Orders placed for construction materials or third-party services via the SiteSmart marketplace are governed by the respective vendor or service provider’s terms. SiteSmart acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delays, delivery issues, or refunds in such cases.
If a refund is approved by the seller and processed through SiteSmart’s payment system, it will be credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
